K-12 Outreach
East Asia plays an increasingly important role in K-12 classrooms. To this end, CEAS is dedicated to assisting K-12 educators identify activities, materials, speakers, and experiences that provide information about East Asia for the classroom.
Expand East Asia in Your Classroom
A limited number of curriculum materials grants are available each year for educators who have identified existing curriculum they would like to purchase for the classroom. In addition, funding is available for curriculum development, field trips, film screenings, and other activities related to East Asia. CEAS recommends browsing this list of available curricula, developed by the Asian Educational Media Service.

K-12 educators are encouraged to browse our film library and borrow titles to use in the classroom. CEAS recommends these free online film guides, developed by the Asian Educational Media Service.
