IEAS AND CEAS Jointly Hosts 2023 Taiwan Economics Research Workshop

The Institute of Economics, Academia Sinica (IEAS) and the Center for the East Asian Studies at the University of Chicago jointly hosted the 2023 Taiwan Economics Research (TER2023) during August 8-10, 2023. Consisting of contributed seassions and discussions, the workshop served to encourage collaboration in high quality research among young economic scholars both inside and outside of Taiwan. CEAS faculty emeritus, Ruey S. Tsay (Booth School), Chang-Tai Hsieh (Booth School), along with the Washington University in St. Louis' Ping Wang, served as mentors, passing down their academic experience and research methods during the workshop.
